Cancellations
Once I receive your order, I fulfill it within 24 to 48 hours. In order for you to cancel your order, please get in touch with me within that time period. When I receive your cancellation request, I will acknowledge it and let you know whether or not I have indeed shipped your order. If I haven’t shipped your order, I will refund your order less the processing charges that PayPal receives. If you order has already gone out, please return you order in the same packaging. You will be responsible for shipping, and do use USPS First Class Insured.
Returns
Kindly request a return authorization within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and do give a reason for your return. It is important to me to improve my practice both in jewelry and in service, so your opinion matters to me very much. I will acknowledge your request and give you the information you need in order to effect the return.
Refunds
Upon receipt of a returned piece, I will refund your purchase less the processing charges that are paid to PayPal. I do reserve the right to refuse to make a refund in the event the piece is returned to me in damaged condition. I will notify you right away with photos in this event.
