I made these earrings to complement the bracelet of the same name. I fell in love with these aquamarine beads, and when I bought them, I had a general idea of the pieces I would make from them. The bracelet came first; then these earrings. Frances is composed of sterling and fine silver; the central stone is from a bead cut in half. These earrings are hollow, what is called a “hollow form,” with French ear wires to suspend from the ears. Frances measures 1 5/8 inch (41 mm.) in length.
