I made these earrings to complement the bracelet of the same name. Lucia is an example of married metals, in this case, sterling silver and brass. Married metals is a term that means two different metals that are soldered together side-by-side. Lucia also has fine silver for the setting (the “bezel”) and amazonite for the center stone. They are 7/8 inch (22 mm.) the long way and are secured to the ears with posts and ear nuts. The earrings are stamped Sterling and with my logo shown in the blackened image. My logo is trademarked with the US Patent and Trademark Office, Reg. No. 5,878,040.
