Carol is truly a once-in-a-lifetime ring in that I do not believe I will again find a red coral stone as reasonable or lovely as this one. She is composed of sterling and fine silver, and I believe the coral is natural. Carol is a size 8 and has a comfort fit so that both wearing and taking the ring on and off will be most comfortable.
