Caryn is composed of sterling and fine silver with a center stone of purple chalcedony. Some chalcedony is translucent; this particular stone is opaque — I am not sure if the material has been color enhanced. Caryn is a size 7 and has a comfort fit so that she is easy to wear and to take on and off the finger. The ring measures 11/16 inch (18 mm.) across the top of the ring, the long way.
