Greer
Greer
Here is a spectacular suite of necklace and earrings. Greer the necklace is composed of carved jade and Nevada green jade (that’s the name of the material I bought, but it may actually be green tree jasper) beads, black coral rondelles, and sterling silver spacers. She is strung on silk and measures 30 inches (762 mm.) in length. The earrings are composed of sterling and fine silver with a center stone of green onyx embellished with black epoxy resin inlay. The earrings are secured to the ears with posts and Omega clips (you won’t lose these earrings) and measure 1 3/16 inch (30 mm.) in diameter. You can read about the process (with pictures) for the manufacture of the earrings on my blog. The necklace in particular is a one-of-a-kind piece as black coral is no longer available; I bought it many years ago in the Dominican Republic, and it is my understanding that the D.R. is no longer allowing this coral to be sold.
Size: 30 inches (762 mm.) in length for the necklace; 1 3/16 inch (30mm.) across for the earrings
Price: Greer, the necklace, has sold. The earrings are still available.
The earrings are stamped Sterling and with my logo (see the blackened image). My logo is trademarked with the US Patent and Trademark Office, Reg. No. 5,878,040.
